about the artist

Every painting is a story—not just in the image you see, but in the hidden history buried beneath the surface. My process is a deliberate exploration of layers, beginning with structural sketches that serve as a foundation for palette knife textures, washes, and vibrant color. This methodical buildup, eventually sealed in varnish, preserves the physical history of the work’s creation and creates an atmosphere that rewards closer inspection.

I do my best work while listening to energetic music; I channel the raw, unbridled energy of punk and post-punk music directly onto the canvas. It is this friction between chaos and control—the tension of pushing a piece from structure to abstraction—that defines my work. I don’t just paint what I see; I paint the energy of the moment, creating pieces that add tactile depth, emotional weight, and a human presence to your environment.

I believe art is a way to claim your space. When you bring my work into your home, you aren’t just acquiring decor—you are inviting a piece of handcrafted history into your sanctuary, where it becomes a permanent part of your life.
