every painting tells a story
Hidden within the layers of paint, each piece is a physical record of a moment in time. Striking a beautiful balance between structural control and emotional chaos.
My Process: The story starts with a foundational sketch, building upward through various textures, palette knife applications, and evocative washes of color. This layered history—eventually sealed in varnish—invites the viewer to look closer and discover the energy of its making in every detail.
The Source: I do my best work in my garage studio, listening to energetic music—punk, post-punk, and grunge, the background music of my high school years. The raw power of this environment helps focus my intuition into painting that emotional energy directly onto the canvas.
When you bring an original piece home, you are curating a conversation—an important part of your life with handcrafted history.
